"I originally started " The Best Dressed Bird" In Australia. Whilst there, I supplied the top restaurants such as Claudes and Pegrums in Padington, Butlers and Bon Cafard and many more, with fresh poultery. My Love for cooking came from watching Damien, Mark Armstrong and Adam Everingham. Now based in the UK, I am combining both the fresh Birds and my cooking talents to produce two new products."
